About Me
My name is Avery Newman. I’ve had this passion to help people become the best versions of themselves for about 5 years now. I’ve coached Soccer to ages 7-18 years old in South Carolina (where I was born) and absolutely fell in love with the impact I could potentially have on ones life and the way they view themselves.
I moved to Kansas City late 2024 for a simple reason, growth. Growth doesn’t come just physically from hard work in the gym. Growth is self discipline, and growth is maturity. At this point in my career, I am a Certified Nutritional Coach (NASM) and a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM). I’ve helped people close to me by altering a diet, or giving advice when it comes to the gym and what to do. As time goes by, I continue to fall more and more in love with the feeling of being someone that people can go to for just about any advice.
I am young, but the grit and the work ethic I carry would make one think otherwise. And, this is just the beginning.
